Maria Teresa “Tess” Julian Pangelinan-Magallones, of Latte Heights Mangilao passed away on November 28, 2025, at the age of 57. Viewing and Last Respects may be paid on Monday, December 8, 2025, from 9:00-11:00am at Our Lady of Peace Funeral Home, Barrigada. Final funeral services will take place in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, Philippines.
