Francis Cepeda Gumabon, familian “Cocora”, of Mangilao and formerly of Barrigada, passed away on September 19, 2026, at the age of 64. Mass followed by Rosary will be offered at San Vicente Church, Barrigada: Mon-Fri at 6pm, Sat at 5:30pm, and Sun at 10:00am, ending on Sunday, September 27. Viewing and Last Respects may be paid on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 9:00am-11:15pm followed by Mass at 12:00pm at San Vicente Church, Barrigada. Interment Service will immediately follow at Our Lady of Peace Memorial Gardens, Windward Hills, Yona.
