Richard “Rich” Arceo Quintanilla, Jr., of Mangilao and formerly of Toto was called to eternal life on August 14, 2021 at the age of 60. Viewing and Last Respects may be paid on Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 9:00am – 11:00am, at Our Lady of Peace Funeral Home, Barrigada. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 12:00pm at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Toto. Interment Services will follow immediately at Guam Veterans Cemetery, Piti.
