Ligaya Villanueva Tullao, of Mangilao passed away on April 7, 2025, at the age of 84. Viewing and Last Respects may be paid on Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 9:00am – 1:00pm at Our Lady of Peace Funeral Home, Barrigada. Interment Services will immediately follow at Our Lady of Peace Memorial Gardens, Windward Hills, Yona.
