Frank Santiago Torres, Jr., of Victorville, CA and formerly of Baza Gardens was called to eternal life on January 19, 2025, at the age of 53. Viewing and Last Respects may be paid on Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 9:00am – 11:30am followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 12pm, at Nuestra Señora de las Aguas Catholic Church, Mongmong. Interment Service will immediately follow at Our Lady of Peace Memorial Gardens, Windward Hills, Yona.
