Florencio “Pholen” V. Garcia, of Dededo was called to eternal life on June 27, 2024, at the age of 64.

Last Respects may be paid on July 10, from 1pm – 5pm, at Our Lady of Peace Funeral Home, Barrigada. Cremation Services to follow at Our Lady of Peace Crematorium, Windward Hills, Yona. Interment Services will take place in Paranaque, Philippines.
